Agenda item 1: Phil Gerring moves to approve the 2001-2002 annual meeting. Seconded by Selby. Motion passed unanimously.
Agenda item 2: Greg Massialas moves to approve the 2002-2003 financial statement. Willette seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Agenda item 3: Revising division bylaws:
Issues:
- Move Article III out to an Operations Manual
- Clearer explanations of duties of the officers
- Make sure the numbers of Exec Committee officers are clear
Chair and secretary will look over the By-laws and email the rest of the group concerning proposed changes.
Agenda item 4: The division should not be involved in investigating any tournament software. Issue now considered closed.
Agenda item 5: Division participation in the USFA 501(c)(3). Phil Gerring will obtain a copy of the participation packet from Paul Soter. Phil will then make available the summary of benefits.
Agenda item 6: Dates for division-required events.

Greg Massialas suggested to move this SNQ event series to March 13-14 as a preparatory event for the upcoming Super Regionals (March 27-28). Suggestion will be presented to other divisions for consideration.
From the floor: Propose to have a division bout committee to oversee division required events. Division chair will appoint bout committee personnel prior to the division qualifier events. The role of the bout committee personnel will be to oversee and adjudicate conflicts occurring during the course of the running of the events. In particular:
- Proper competition format
- Resolve (mis-)applications of any rules by fencers or referees
- Supply the medals for the events
Division publicity. Harold Hayes suggests that the division provide to each club an 11"x17" poster with information about Bay Cup and other division-related events. (No motion to proceed on this.)
